Go to your doctor and tell him you may have some issues staying hard etc. He'll give you a prescription.
V's fucking expensive in oz, I paid some 80 bucks for 4 pills and that was 10 years ago.

I have noticed a few kiosks in the city with what looked to me to be Kamagra Jelly on the counter. One near Hyde Park and one in Thai Town. I guess, as the sex shops disappear, they are adapting their merchandise to meet market needs.
