Really? During my 8 years of posting on HL, not once did I see anyone request/sell this "Kamagra" drug(?) until this topic we're posting in was created.

Elsewhere on punter forums there’s a lot of information and conversation around ED and PE medications. In fact many brothels, and other shops quietly sell them to customers. If you’ve never heard or seen about them then that’s most likely because you haven’t needed them, and that others who used them “medicinally” or “recreationally” haven’t talk about it...

So here’s a little bit of a discussion about my own usage of them. As some background, I’m 65yo, in very good health, ex-endurance triathlete into my late 50’s, now overweight, but still working in an outdoors role (water sports based training), and I live in Thailand.

So here’s my genuine answer for you on my usage of them, and how most people I know use them as well. Personally I don’t need performance enhancers for sex, but I use them, so I’m clearly a recreational user. And I use both PE&ED, and straight ED ones, and in both cases they are Kamagra/sildenafil based.

PE/ED I use when I’m going to see a “sexual” (for me) hottie that has had me cum way too early previously. Here the PE gives me control to lengthen our the session and have fun, cumming when I want to, being able to stop that out of control rushed ejacualtuon. Dapoxetine is the PE drug, and it is mixed with Sildenafil the ED drug. Moreno the the ED and the benefits it gives is below.

ED I use in two differing scenarios.

I don’t have to mange the session and worry about downtime for recovery, as there is pretty much none. Yes, I subside after cumming, if stimulation stops, but I can then get hard again immediately when stimulation starts again. If stimulation doesn’t stop, I will subside only slightly post ejaculation, and then within a minute or so the continued stimulation will have me rock hard.
