My go to was a massage place called Pure Massage in North Sydney. It's a Thai shop. Quite clean. Good facilities, showers etc. Very discreet. Good management and pretty consistent quality girls.
They are RnT first, FS second. $85/30min gets you a massage inc handjob/bodyslide.
+$20 for CBJ
+$50 for FS
Not all the girls there do FS though. You might need to clarify that up front.
I would argue that Pure is the best value RnT shop in the city, where FS is almost always gauranteed.

Thanks mate, 90 from RnT is good value if it comes with FS, but if girls asking for extra tip like 100 for FS then FS shops at 150 would make more sense. Bathhouse starts at 140 for 30 min massage and I can assume Thier girls would ask 100 on top for FS. Thanks for the tip on Anna, I just don't find south Asians very attractive ( just my taste I'm sure there are good ones too).
